The present invention relates to a safety buoy capable of indicating a boundary of a dangerous zone by being installed for the safety of beach visitors by a management center on the sea surface around the boundary of the dangerous zone. The present invention comprises: a body part installed on the sea surface and providing buoyancy; a self-generation part including a solar cell installed in an upper side of the body part; a sensor part installed in a side of the body part, and including an infrared sensor sensing a human body around the buoy; a communication part wirelessly communicating with a terminal or server of the management center; and a control part controlling the self-generation part, the sensor part, and the communication part. Therefore, the present invention is capable of minimizing accidents by reminding beach visitors about a dangerous zone by more clearly warning the visitors, approaching the safety buoy, of entering the dangerous zone through a signal output part. Moreover, the present invention is capable of enabling a manager to quickly perform rescue operations by providing buoy installation position information to the manager through the terminal or server of the management center when an accident occurs. |
