PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have a plurality of services cooperate with one another on a terminal side.SOLUTION: A common user ID issued for a user every application of a terminal 3 and a connection destination user ID necessary for using services A, B are associated with each other and are stored to an ID cooperation DB 21. When a request to have the services A, B including the common user ID cooperate is received from an application, an authentication/ID cooperation part 12 acquires a connection destination user ID of the services A, B associated with the common user ID, and a service cooperation part 15 uses the connection destination user ID to access the services A, B.
