PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a riding rice transplanter of good operability in view of the need of wide mobility of a relevant operator's eyes in order to confirm operational parts and remaining oil level in his sitting position. SOLUTION: In a type of the riding rice transplanter having the engine on the front portion of the machine body, steering column behind the engine, steering handle above the steering column, and steering seat behind the steering handle, the steering handle is made up of a spoke and a ring-shaped grip, operational parts 75, 76 are laid out at positions visually checkable through the space 209 between the spoke and the grip when viewed from above during advancing the machine straight, and a means 202 for confirming remaining fuel level is disposed at a position below the steering handle, visually checkable through the above space.
