The present invention relates to a multi-insulated insulator and a manufacturing method thereof. A core bushing of the multi-insulated insulator according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises an upper core plate (10), a bump stopper cup (20), an outer steel bushing (30) and a rubber bushing (40). The cylindrical core upper plate (10) has an upper core plate hole (11) formed on the center of a lower surface thereof. The bump stopper cup (20) has a contact part (21) protruding from an upper surface thereof. The cylindrical contact part (21) is in contact with the upper core plate (10). The outer steel bushing (30) has a shape of a cylinder having an open upper part and an open lower part and is arranged to cover the outer circumferential surface of the upper core plate (10) and the outer circumferential surface of the contact part (21). The rubber bushing (40) is arranged among the upper core plate (10), the outer circumferential surface of the contact part (21) and the inner circumferential surface of the outer steel bushing (30) to join the upper core plate (10), the contact part (21) and the outer steel bushing (30). According to the present invention, a piston rod and the core bushing of the insulator are fixedly connected, thereby preventing frictional sound between the piston rod and the core bushing of the insulator, and the upper core plate and the rubber bushing are cured and joined, thereby preventing frictional sound between the upper core plate and the rubber bushing. |
