PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active vibration control device capable of efficiently reducing the vibration transmitted from a bogie and an underfloor device to an internal floor plate. SOLUTION: An actuator device 65 is interposed between the lateral beam 3b of an underframe and the underfloor device 12 (bracket member 11). When the vibration generated from the underfloor device 12 is transmitted to the lateral beam 3b, the vibration transmitted from the underfloor device 12 to the underframe can be efficiently reduced since the vibration can be canceled by so generating the excitation force of the actuator device 65 that the phase thereof is reverse to that of the vibration. Therefore, the comfortableness in a cabin can be enhanced. Also, the actuator device 65 is formed as a piezoactuator, and fixedly tightened between the lateral beam 3b and the underfloor device 12 (bracket member 11) with a bolt member 18a. Consequently, as compared with the case in which a vibration prevention member made of a rubber elastic member is interposed, the fixing force can be secured, and the underfloor device 12 can be firmly suspended and supported on the lateral beam 3b.
