METHOD FOR PROCESSING DOCUMENT FILE USING DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

A method for processing a document file using a document management device is provided to enable a user to easily check a printing setting state for the document file by displaying a printing option set to the document file on an icon representing the document file. The document file is stored according to a store request of the user(S20). The icon for the document file is generated and stored according to printing property by recognizing the printing property of the stored document or selecting the icon for the document file among the icons stored according to the recognized printing property(S40). The icon is displayed according to a display request for the document file(S70). The icon is stored according to each printing property.
