PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure stability in a high speed range while eliminating useless differential limit control in a low speed range without adding complicated operation and any sensor. SOLUTION: In a driving force distribution control part 30, input torque response transfer torque corresponding to input torque from an engine is computed by a first transfer torque computing part 33, steering angle/yaw rate response transfer torque corresponding to a yaw moment applied to a vehicle is computed by a second transfer torque computing part 34, and tack-in preventing transfer torque is computed by a third transfer torque computing part 35. Further, high speed initial torque applied in a high speed range exceeding a preset vehicle speed is set by a fourth transfer torque computing part 36, and in a transfer torque computing part 37, these torques are summed up and outputted to a transfer clutch driving part 31.
