There is provided a training harness for resistance training. The harness comprises a waist strap for fastening around the waist of a user in use and a pair of shoulder straps, the shoulder straps each connected at respective distal ends at correspondingly anterior and posterior locations of the waist strap so as to reach over the shoulders of the user. The waist strap may comprise a pair of traveling waist anchor attachment points for selective attachment of a corresponding pair of waist anchor leashes in use such that, in use, as the user changes rotational orientation with respect to the pair of waist anchor leashes, each waist anchor attachment point independently travels correspondingly between first and second locations. Furthermore, the shoulder anchor leashes may comprise a pair of travelling shoulder anchor attachment points such that, in use, as the user changes inclination with respect to the pair of shoulder anchor leashes, each shoulder anchor attachment point independently travels correspondingly between respective first and second shoulder locations. |
