<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of displaying powerful images even when a viewer comes close. <P>SOLUTION: The display device includes: an LED lamp 2 in three colors composed of two red lamps, one green lamp, and one blue lamp; a substrate 3 on which the LED lamps are arranged at prescribed intervals; and a light transmissive layer 5 in which a sealing section 2d of the LED lamp is buried and on the surface of which convex shaped lens sections 5a are continuously formed in correspondence with the arrangement of respective LED lamps.
