PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an electronic apparatus which uses, among identical functions provided in electronic apparatuses of multiple types, the function provided in an electronic apparatus having greater functionality.SOLUTION: An apparatus serving as a master terminal (for example, wristwatch) determines whether or not a slave terminal exists in the surroundings (step S104). If a slave terminal (for example, clock) having an identical function exists in the surroundings, the apparatus determines whether or not appropriateness of the slave terminal is higher than appropriateness of the apparatus (step S106). If the appropriateness of the slave terminal is higher than the appropriateness of the apparatus, the apparatus sends alarm function setting information to the slave terminal (step S110). Then, the slave terminal (for example, clock) stores therein the alarm function setting information that has been set in and sent from the master terminal (wristwatch), and performs an alarm function. In this way, the alarm function is implemented at the clock that is capable of generating alarm sound with larger volume than that of the wristwatch. |
