PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jacket type belt with an umbrella fixing tool to stably fix an umbrella to the body, intended for solving such a problem that it is necessary to hold an umbrella at least with one hand when using an umbrella, so it is inconvenient in such cases as shopping, joining hands with a child and taking a walk with a dog. SOLUTION: This jacket type belt is adjustable in size to safely fix an umbrella to the body. The belt is united with a three stages type pocket corresponding to the length of the handle of an umbrella and the shape of a holding hand and combined with a stuffed toy type clip to fix the handle.
