PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide foamed wallpaper excellent in antifoaling property, surface strength, and productivity. SOLUTION: The foamed wallpaper has at least a foamed resin layer and a non-foamed resin layer in turn on a paper substrate. (1) The foamed rein layer is obtained by heating/expanding a foaming agent-containing resin layer containing polyvinyl chloride as a resin component.
