PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch that has adhesiveness, stably holds an active ingredient, and can efficiently transfer the active ingredient to the skin.SOLUTION: The patch comprises an active ingredient-containing layer comprising: an active ingredient; at least one lipophilic component selected from the group consisting of myristic acid alkyl, emu-oil, squalane and argan oil; an acrylic polymer compound comprising a carboxyl group; and a polyvalent metal crosslinking agent of 0.01 wt.% or more and less than 0.1 wt.%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
