Disclosed are a tungsten-nickel-molybdenum alloy electroless plating solution and a plating method using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the tungsten-nickel-molybdenum alloy electroless plating solution comprises: 25-35 wt% of tungstate; 15-20 wt% of nickel salt; 2-5 wt% of molybdate; 27-37 wt% of a complexing agent; 10-15 wt% of a reducing agent; and 2-5 wt% of a stabilizing agent. Thereby, the solution can form excellent plating having enhanced acid resistance, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, hardness, adhesion, and abrasion resistance. |
