摘要 Grain-oriented electro technical steel with grain growth inhibitors on the basis of VC nano-particles and method of preparation thereof are disclosed. The method allows use of VC nano-particles as inhibitors of grain growth at formation of Goss crystallographic texture. The method according to the invention is focused on final re-crystallization annealing of grain-oriented electro technical steels. The re-crystallization annealing consist of a short-time period of continual annealing focused on achieving of final coarse-grained microstructure with Goss preferential crystallographic orientation throughout the all depth of the metal sheet. The second period of the re-crystallization annealing runs in the conditions of hood annealing focused on dissolution and refining of the secondary VC nano-particles system. The use of the particle system allows effective control its distribution parameters through roll-up temperature after hot rolling, and after the secondary re-crystallization temperature and time of refining of inhibitors VC are lower when compare with obvious inhibitors MnS, AlN. This process allows to produce grain-oriented steel having comparable electromagnetic properties, but with substantial energetic ant time savings when compare with conventional process of re-crystallization annealing on the basis of MnS and AlN inhibitors.
