PURPOSE:To keep off any hunting in a governor due to air penetration, by setting up a feed oil pipe, feeding the governor with a hydraulic fluid from a reservoir tank, in a level somewhat lower than another feed oil pipe feeding an internal combustion engine with lubricating oil or the like from the reservoir tank. CONSTITUTION:Lubricating oil out of an oil pan 5 is fed to a bearing 3 of a gas turbine 1 by a pump 4 via a feed pipe line 6. In this case, a reservoir tank 15 is set up in a part leading to the bearing 3 from a pressure-regulating valve 10 in this feed pipe line 6. And, this reservoir tank 15 is provided with the feed pipe line 6 and an air vent pipe 16 on the top of the upper part and also a feed oil pipe 17 for a hydraulic fluid to the bearing 3 or the like at the side of the upper part respectively, while it is made up of installing another feed oil pipe 19, feeding the hydraulic fluid to a governor 18 performing speed regulation of the gas turbine 1, in a level somewhat lower than an opening of the feed oil pipe 17. With this constitution, lubricating oil of more than the level of the feed oil pipe 19 is always stored inside the reservoir tank 15.
