<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a material excellently absorbing laser beam of semiconductor in a near infrared region, being colorless and transparent to visible light rays by blending a copper-containing phosphorus compound with a specific component. CONSTITUTION:The material comprises (A) a copper-containing phosphoric compound (e.g. copper metaphosphate) in a molar ratio of COO/P2O5 of 0.05-4 calculated as CuO and P2O5, respectively and (B) at least one selected from a cobalt component, a neodymium component, an erbium component, a magnesium component, a calcium component, a strontium component and a barium component. The cobalt component, etc., are preferable as the component B. When the cobalt component is used as the component B, the blending ratio of 0.2-2wt.% of the cobalt component calculated as CoO preferably provides high lightening effect. The material, for example, is obtained by blending a copper element-containing substance and a substance containing an element such as cobalt with the phosphoric acid and reacting in a solid phase under heating.</p> |
