PURPOSE:To improve a strength even with a light weight due to a rib having an excellent external appearance and a hollow structure by providing a hollow part in the rib of a thermoplastic resin hollow molded form having the rib. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin hollow molded form has an outer layer 7 made of thermoplastic resin, a molded form hollow part 9, a rib 8 and a rib hollow part 9'. The rib 8 is coupled integrally with the layer 7 at both ends through the hollow part 9. A ratio of the rib 8 of the hollow part 9' formed in the rib 8 to an entire volume is preferably 10% or more, the hollow part 9' is not always not necessary to be a sealed state in the rib 8, but may partly communicate with the hollow part 9 of the form, or may be opened at its one end out of the form through the layer 7 of the form to form a rib hollow open end 12. |
