<p>PURPOSE: To attain effective set processing of the traffic parameters that are carried out to the data links at every fixed time in a traffic control system which is applied to the frame relay communication, etc. CONSTITUTION: A time division allocation means 101 allocates plural data links by scattering them into plural time division timings which are acquired by dividing a setting cycle. A communication remainder data supply processing execution means 102 supplies the communication remainder data corresponding to the data link allocated to the relevant time division timing by the means 101 with each timing only when a communication remainder data supply processing instruction means 103 instructs the supply of the communication emainder data to the corresponding data link.</p> |
