PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a LAN that urges participation automatically only to mobile radio terminal equipment of scheduled participant absent at a conference place at the start time of the conference. SOLUTION: A CS controller 24 stores information for specifying sets of mobile radio terminal equipment A-E of scheduled participants of a conference, conference start time relation information and information denoting a place where the conference is held, when the conference start time comes, and whether or not scheduled mobile radio terminal equipment for participation exists in the same registration area as the master exists in a scheduled conference place is discriminated by using the information for specifying the mobile radio terminal equipment and the master set makes automatic dialing to mobile radio terminal equipment of the scheduled participant absent in the same registration area as the master exists in a scheduled conference place to urge participation to the conference. |
