<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compsn. excellent in redistribution of an abrasive material and rust preventive property even not in a strong alkaline region, and also considered its lubrication performance, by controlling its pH, when diluted to a specific concentration, of the compsn. contg. an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid, a nonionic surfactant, and water at specified quantities, with an alkali. SOLUTION: An aliphatic dicarboxylic acid is as represented by the formula (wherein n: 8-11) and includes sebatic acid, dodecane diacid, brassilic acid, etc. This compsn. contains 1-30 pts. aliphatic dicarboxylic acid, pref. 5-20 pts., 1-20 pts. nonionic surfactant, pref. 5-15 pts., and not less than 10 pts. water. It is controlled using an alkali, to have a pH of 7.0-9.5 when diluted to 1.0-20 wt.% with water. It is pref. to disperse 10-80 wt.% of at least one of the abrasive finishing materials selected from the group consisting of carborundum, tungsten carbide, titanium carbide, alumina chromium carbide, titanium nitride, silicon nitride, and cerium oxide.</p> |
