PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce heat unevenness as a whole by forming the bottom plate so that its central section is linearly low with respect to a container main body made of a microwave transmission material and both sides forming gradient surfaces up to sidewalls of the container main body. SOLUTION: Since a linear section x is provided to a minor axis direction of a bottom plate d against the bottom plate d of a containing chamber a for a cooking food in a container main body A, both sides of the bottom plate d are inclined to an upward of a longitudinal axis direction, and a lower surface of the linear section is positioned inside from lower edges of leg sections C extending downward from a periphery of the bottom plate d, the bottom plate d is positioned away form a turn table of an electric oven and microwaves reflected from the turn table are come into the bottom plate d. Since both sides of the linear section x provided at an adjacent center where temperature rises more slowly than other sections of the bottom plate d are inclined upward, a superficial area of the adjacent center receiving the microwaves becomes large, namely a volume of the microwaves received to the cooking food becomes large. The central section can be heated faster, and heat unevenness can be prevented thereby.
