PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize internet base printing to a home printer for preliminarily rastering a print job by a cable head end(CHE), and for transmitting it to a set top box(STB) by a rastered format. SOLUTION: A print job is preliminarily rastered not by an STB but by a CHE so that a resource can be much more easily used by the CHE, and any resource can be prevented from being wasted by the STB. Moreover, a high speed communication network is already allowed to exist between the CHE and the STB so that even large amounts of preliminarily rastered print jobs can be transmitted to the STB in a proper length of time, that is, more quickly than a situation in which the rastering is executed by the STB. Thus, both uni-cast/multi-cast printing can be realized from an internet base information source to the CHE connected with the Internet.
