<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a canopy panel having a solar battery wherein power generation is enabled at a low cost by using sunlight as an energy source, by assembling a solar battery cell in a covering lid used for covering various kinds of treatment tanks, storage tanks, etc., and in a canopy panel used for a roof or the like of a parking lot, a factory, and a warehouse. <P>SOLUTION: A solar battery cell 4 is arranged on a surface of a base material layer 2 through an adhesive layer 3. An outer peripheral part 41 of the solar battery cell 4 and a peripheral base material layer 21 are coated with a tape-shaped member 5.
