FIELD: carbon materials. ^ SUBSTANCE: explosive charge with negative oxygen balance and consisting of 30 wt % trotyl and 70 wt % hexogen is placed inside ice armoring so that ice-to-charge weight ratio is between 0.5:1 and 50:1. Armoring is then placed in sealed blasting chamber and the charge is blasted. Resulting water suspension of nano-diamands is decanted into receiver. Yield of nano-diamands is 9.5 to 16.7%, amount of impurities is no more than 0.8 wt %, and percentage of nano-diamands in suspension 62.8-87.1 wt %. Invention is intended for chemical, electrochemical, and abrasive industries and may be used for manufacturing abrasive, polishing compositions, polymer-diamond and oil biologically active compositions, diamond-like films and coatings, hydrogen accumulators, and adsorbents. ^ EFFECT: enhanced process efficiency. ^ 2 tbl, 3 ex |
