The hydraulic servo pump (4) of the utility vehicle is bolted directly onto the gearbox housing over the PTO shaft, with the pump shaft coaxial to the PTO shaft. The pump housing is fitted with four bolts through the pump housing and fitting into bolt holes in the gearbox housing, set in a rectangular pattern about the PTO shaft. The layout of the bolt holes allows some radial adjustment of the pump housing for correct coaxial alignment. The direct coupling of the pump eliminates any complex drive shafts and provides a compact layout.
