PURPOSE:To enhance the crushing efficiency of a temporarily baked substance particle by a method wherein a surface-active agent is made to exist in a slurry, for crushing use, which contains the temporarily baked substance particle and water in a crushing process wherein the temporarily baked substance particle of ferrite is crushed and a raw-material particle for a ferrite magnet is obtained. CONSTITUTION:The manufacturing method of an anisotropic ferrite magnet is provided with a crushing process wherein the temporarily baked substance particle of a ferrite is wet-crushed and a raw-material particle for a ferrite magnet is obtained, with a molding process wherein the raw-material particle is molded in a magnetic field and a molded body is obtained, and with a sintering process wherein the molded body is sintered and the anisotropic ferrite magnet is obtained. In the crushing process for the manufacturing method of the anisotropic ferrite magnet, a slurry, for crushing use, which contains the temporarily baked substance particle, water and 0.1 to 5.0wt.% of a surface-active agent in terms of the temporarily baker substance particle is used, the surface-active agent is adsorbed by the surface of the temporarily baked substance particle and the temporarily baked substance particle is wet-crushed while it is being made to cohere. Thereby, the crushing efficiency of the temporarily baked substance particle is enhanced, and it is possible to shorten the time required for crushing the particle. |
