PURPOSE: To easily judge the correctness of a connection condition even when conducting particles are small. CONSTITUTION: Conducting particles for conduction and correctness-judging particles for judging the correctness of a connection condition are dispersed in an insulating adhesive. Moreover, the correctness-judging particles are preferably at least one kind selected from insulating particles, insulatingly coating conductive particles, and conducting particles. Also, compression strength, at the time of the 10% displacement of the correctness-judging particles, is preferably weaker than that of the conducting particles. In addition, the correctness- judging particles are larger preferably than the conducting particles, the former mean particle diameter has 5μm or larger and 1.25-4 times of the latter mean particle diameter, and it has 3-10μm. Besides, the total blended quantity of the correctness judging particles and the conducting particles preferably has 1-20wt.%. parts to the insulating adhesive of 100 wt. parts, and includes latter particles of 1-30 wt. parts to the former particle of 1 wt. part.
