PURPOSE: To provide a cooker whose surface is covered with a non-adhesive layer which is abrasion-heat-resistant and highly durable, with low friction coefficient. CONSTITUTION: At least the surface of the base of a cooker being in contact with the materials to be cooked is covered with a layer made of fluorocarbon resin or fluororubber. 0.05-20vol.% of the total surface layer contain dispersed material, the average of whose particle diameter is 200-1,200Åand which is made of ultrafine diamond, or ultrafine diamond and carbon material of at least one kind among amorphous, crystalline and their intermediate states.
