PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the strength of the mouth cock part of a mirror part or body part by forming a support part for supporting a reinforcing member for forming and reinforcing the mouth cock part to the peripheral edge of the opening formed to the necessary place of the mirror part or body part formed to each of both ends in an axial line direction. SOLUTION: Mouth cock parts 4, 5 for charging and discharging content are provided to the appropriate place of the body part of a base container and the mirror part 3 of the container and a resin impregnated reinforcing fibers are wound around the base container to form a reinforcing layer consisting of a spiral wound layer 6 and a cylindrical wound layer 7. The spiral wound layer 6 is formed by setting the mouth cock parts 5 of the mirror parts 3 of both ends as winding return parts to wind reinforcing fibers around the mirror parts 3 and the body part in an 8-shape so as to reciprocate the mouth cock parts of both ends while shifting a phase in a peripheral direction so as to avoid the mouth cock parts 4, 5. Each of the mouth cock parts 5 consists of the support part 3A rising from the mirror part 3 of the base container in a cylindrical shape and the reinforcing member 8 attached to the inner diameter surface of the support part 3A.
