PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the impregnation properties when being applied into a filler and also improve the thermal productivity by filling the filler in a case in which parts are stored or a mold, vacuum injecting a photosetting insulation resin composition and curing the same therein. SOLUTION: A filler is filled in a polybutylene terephthalate case while being vibrated. Then a photosetting insulation resin composition is defoamed, and then pressure reduced and injected into the case, and ultraviolet emission to an injection opening is performed by a mercury lamp. Then the composition is left at the room temperature, and an unirradiated section is cured at the room temperature. The impregnation properties when being applied into a filler are improved by the arrangement, and a large amount of filler can be filled to manufacture efficiently an electric equipment of high thermal conductivity. |
