A massaging device comprises a main body having a hollow interior, a driving unit mounted in the hollow interior of the main body, and a massaging board. The driving unit comprises a motor having an eccentric shaft. The massaging board is composed of a vibration disk and a rubbing pad which is fastened with the vibration disk and is provided with a number of small rubbing projections made integrally therewith. The vibration disk has a pivoting hole which is engaged pivotally with the eccentric shaft of the motor. The vibration disk is provided in the underside thereof with a plurality of elastic projections which are engaged with the main body and the upper plate of the driving unit.
