PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage to a motor due to drain leaking from a discharging chamber, and facilitate the fixing of the motor. SOLUTION: The disposer is provided with a crushing chamber frame 1 having fixed blades 3 on the inner peripheral face and forming a crushing chamber housing rotary blades 4, a discharging chamber frame 5 forming a discharging chamber for discharging ground garbage flowing in together with water from the crushing chamber, and a motor 20 for driving the rotary blades 4 provided independently of the discharging chamber frame 5, wherein the discharging chamber frame 5 and the motor 20 are connected with each other with a gap between the lower face of the discharging chamber frame 5 and a bracket 23 of the motor 20 by a fixing stand 11 for fixing connecting means 10, and drain leaking from the discharging chamber via a shaft-sealing device 7 is allowed to discharge within the gap G by a flinger 24 provided on a rotating part within the gap G. |
