PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for cosmetic, dermatology, hygiene and pharmaceuticals that causes no migration, unpleasant feeling on the skin with time and has glass. SOLUTION: This composition includes a liquid lipid phase, at least one of coloring substance, and at least 2 wt.%, based on the total weight of the composition, of film-not forming and dispersible polymer in the liquid lipid phase and the liquid lipid phase contains 40 wt.% at maximum, of unvolatile liquid lipid phase based on the total weight of the composition.
