HOLOGRAM ORIGINAL PLATE AND METHOD FOR MAKING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the intensity of zero order light and first order light approxi mately the same by integrally providing a hologram original plate with spacers to impart scratching resistance thereto and integrally providing the original plate with light absorption layers when duplicating the original plate by using a two-times focal duplication method. SOLUTION: The hologram original plate 42 consisting of an array of beam- condensable element holograms of transmission type to bypass parallel light beams 54 made incident at a specific incident angle of a specific wavelength so as to convert these beams at a position of a specific focal length consists of a laminated structure of a first transparent substrate 31, a hologram layer 32, an adhesive layer 33 and a second transparent substrate 41. The second transparent substrate 41 is a surface which comes into contact with a hologram sensitive material 53 when duplicating the hologram.
