PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a play toy where an upper end part ring seems to fall in the direction of a lower end part when one end part of the rings which are linked in a belt shape is picked up and operated. SOLUTION: The toy is formed to be rotated by the angle of nearly 60 deg. at each lowering of one ring from the upper one by viewing from this side when the upper end part of the play toy with the linked ring is picked-up as shown in figures 1 and 3.
