PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film belt which is used as an intermediate transfer belt in an image forming device in which liquid toner is used, keeps heat resistance and strength and prevents occurrence of a warp. SOLUTION: This thin film belt is provided with a base body 3 which consists essentially of polyimide and has a thickness of >=10μm and <=50μm, an intermediate layer 4 which is deposited and laminated on the surface of the base body by sputtering or ion plating and consists essentially of titanium or palladium and has a thickness of >=15 nm, and <=1000 nm, a metallic layer 5 which is deposited and laminated on the surface of the intermediate layer by sputtering, ion plating, vapor deposition or plating and has a thickness of >=0.5μm and <=20μm and a covering layer 6 which is laminated on the surface of the metallic layer and consists essentially of heat-resistant fluororesin. |
