PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple means for storing and transporting a complex prepared from a molecule-enclosing agent such as cyclodextrin and cyclopropene or its derivative capable of preventing the ethylene reactions of plants, such as methylcyclopropene, which are reactive gases and are very unstable against oxidation reaction and other latent reactions. SOLUTION: The composition prepared by pressing and flocculating a composition comprising (a) a cyclopropene compound of the formula (R is H, or a substituted or non-substituted alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl, phenyl, or naphthyl; the substituent is independently a halogen, an alkoxy, or a substituted or non-substituted phenoxy), (b) a molecule-enclosing agent for enclosing the cyclopropene compound, and (c) arbitrarily one or more adjuvants.
