PURPOSE:To realize an easy setting and alteration of the load function, a highaccuracy measurement and the simplification of the circuit constitution each, by securing such constitution in that the pulse delay time equivalent to the energy load value can be generated and counted through the energy load function circuit. CONSTITUTION:The gamma-rays are detected by detector 1, and count start waveheight discriminating circuit 6 discriminates that the waveheight value the output of the gamma-ray detection is between the fixed lower and upper limit levels. Then the count start signal is generated. The detection output is also supplied to the circuit in which the serial circuit of load delaying circuit 9 and waveheight attenuating circuit 8 corresponding to the same waveheight region in the same number as the waveheight regions. And each output is applied to count stop waveheight discriminating circuit 10. Thus the count stop signal is generated when an optional pulse waveheight is within a fixed range. Then the reference pulse is supplied to counter circuit 12 from generator 11 and within the time controlled by the count start and count stop signals. This count value shows the gamma-ray dose rate which received the energy compensation.
