PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for preferably setting a revolving range of an X-ray generator to a subject in tomosynthesis imaging.SOLUTION: A medical X-ray imaging device 20 comprises: a support part 30 for holding an X-ray generator 40 and an X-ray detector 45 opposite to each other; a base part 100 (support part holding part) for rotatably holding the support part 30 at an opposite side to a side where the X-ray generator 40 and the X-ray detector 45 are provided; and a revolving drive part 180 for revolving and driving the support part 30 about a revolving axis AX1. The medical X-ray imaging device 20 further comprises: a central direction setting part 712 for setting a central direction CD1 passing through a center of a swing angle of the support part 30 in X-ray imaging; and a revolving control part 714 for controlling the revolving drive part 180 so that the support part 30 revolves about the central direction CD1 set by the central direction setting part 712 at a swing angle θ.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
