PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid an interference of an equipment of an instrument panel part and an evaporator and to facilitate an attaching work of the evaporator, when the evaporator is attached. SOLUTION: By taking notice of a point that other parts, in particular, are not arranged in space at the feet of a front passenger's seat side in a vehicle, space at the feet on the front passenger's seat is effectively utilized and attaching of an evaporator is facilitated. Namely, an air conditioning unit 10 is arranged at the center part of vehicle left and right directions of an instrument panel inside part, an evaporator 12 is arranged within a case 11 of this air conditioning unit 10 so that the heat exchange surface may be extended in vehicle upper and lower directions and the evaporator 12 is arranged so as to be inclined at a prescribed angleθfor the vehicle left and right directions so that a driver's seat side tip part 12g of this evaporator 12 may be located at a vehicle front side and a front passenger's seat side tip part 12h may be located at a vehicle rear side. As a result, the evaporator 12 can be attached as shown by an arrow C from an opening part 16 of a side surface part of the front passenger's seat side to obliquely rear side of the front passenger's seat side of the case 11.
