PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To group related plural services by bouquets and to easily identify that relation. SOLUTION: In ARIB STD-B10, as a table for defining information on bouquets, a BAT(Bouquet Association Table) is specified. Besides, as a descriptor for describing the information related to bouquets, a service list descriptor and a bouquet name descriptor or the like are specified. Further, a bouquet class descriptor is added thereto. In this bouquet class descriptor, adjacent substitution relation, sequential station relation, link transmission relation, the same broadcaster relation, the same service area relation and simultaneous broadcasting relation or the like are described, for example, and the class of bouquet is specified.
