PURPOSE: A tank useful for an apparatus for hot and dry-processing food waste is provided to greatly increase drying rate and fermentation effect by maximizing agitation rate and allowing steam through inner and outer steam lines to conduct heat-exchanging process on the food waste for long term. CONSTITUTION: The tank comprises a main body(50); an agitation part(4) driven by a reduction motor(M) to stir the food waste; an inner steam line inside the agitation part(4); and an outer steam line(55) outside the main body(50). The outer stem line(55) further comprises a first line portion(55a) consisting of a number of reverse-U type transverse pipes(56) around circumferential side and a number of reverse-U type longitudinal pipes(57) in the length direction at top and bottom parts across the transverse pipes(56); and a second line portion(55b) having ring type auxiliary tanks(58) at both sides. |
