PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method at winding a bare conductor round a drum, wherein removal of moisture from the inside of the drum, on which the bare conductor is wound, is performed perfectly in a short period. SOLUTION: An under-roll is set up in a simple house. The inside of the house is maintained at a high temperature by a hot air blower, and then the drum is placed on the under-roll prior to rolling the bare conductor. By means of rotating the drum through driving and rotating the under-roll, moisture in the inside of the drum is removed and led to the outside of the house. A control panel is set up in a power supply system of a drive motor for the under-roll and the hot air blower, and the method, which enables to confirm start and stop with the control panel from the outside through on-and-off lump on the house, is provided. Furthermore, a timer circuit is set up in the circuit of the control panel, and the method, which enables to stop the drive motor and the hot air blower automatically after starting, is provided.
