PURPOSE: A germanium(Ge)-contained water pot comprising germanium, kaolin, clay as raw materials is provided, which forms hexagonal structured water, lasts water freshness, emits far infrared rays. CONSTITUTION: The Ge-contained pot is produced by the following steps: preparing raw materials by mixing 70-85wt.% of Ge powder obtained from grinding Ge-ore(Cu3(GeFe)S4) to 800-1000mesh, 5-15wt.% of kaolin, and 10-25wt.% of clay, followed by classifying, filter-pressing, and kneading; forming pots after mixing 70-80wt.% of aged raw materials with 20-30wt.% of water; drying in the air; biscuit firing at 700-800deg.C; glazing and glaze firing at 1050-1100deg.C. Also, Ge-balls, being put in the pot, are produced by forming ground Ge powder(300-400mesh) in a shape of ball with a radius of 10-30mm, and sintering at 1050-1100deg.C and then at 600-800deg.C.
