PURPOSE: Provided is a washing device for medical instruments, which has an improved channel structure, thereby minimizing the quantity of washing water and pressure loss thereof. CONSTITUTION: The washing device for medical instruments, having an improved channel structure comprises the parts of: a rack(11) which is inserted into and discharged from a washing vessel and contains medical instruments to be washed; a supplying channel(12) which is installed in the bottom of the washing vessel and supplies the bottom of the washing vessel with washing water; and a washing duct(13) which has a washing water inserting hole(13a) in its bottom, is installed in the rack(11) and is detachably connected to one end of the supplying channel(12a) according to the insertion and discharge of the rack(11) into the washing vessel.
