PURPOSE: A system and a method for trading stocks discriminatingly applying a deposit ratio through the network are provided to reduce a risk by discriminatingly applying a weight to each item when a reuse price and an available order price are calculated. CONSTITUTION: A member manager(110) recognizes a member by the data inputted through a member terminal(50). A selling manager(130) manages the data for selling the stocks through the member terminal. A buying manager(140) manages the data for buying the stocks through the member terminal. A deposit manager(150) makes the member use the reuse price by discriminatingly generating the reuse price when the member buys the stocks.
