PURPOSE:To improve operation information and constitute the whole apparatus compact by arranging a compressor on the opposite side to the starter handle of an engine when the engine and the compressor are formed integrally. CONSTITUTION:An engine 1 and a compressor 15 are formed integrally by directly connecting the driving shaft of the compressor 15 to the crankshaft of the engine 1. The compressor 15 is arranged on the opposite side to a starter handle 18 on the engine 1 in order to facilitate the operation of the starter handle 18 of the engine 1. Further, the air cleaner 47 of the compressor 15 and the muffler 51 of the engine 1 are arranged oppositely, keeping the compres sor 15 interposed, and the whole is accommodated into the space in nearly square form.
