PURPOSE:To improve the portability for communication with the connection of different communication networks by providing a means for inquiring about an intrinsic option item and its parameter, for storing them and for correctiong the signaling in matching with the contents. CONSTITUTION:An inquiry start circuit 3 functioning as a means for inquiring about the intrinsic option item and the content of its paramter to a communication network to be connected, an option storage circuit 4 being a means storing the content informed from the communication network and a signaling device 2 functioning as a means for correcting the signaling the stored content in the storage circuit into the procedure and signal form applied to the communication network after interpretation are provided. The intrinsic option item and the content of the parameter are inquired about by the inquiry means 3, the content is stored in the storage means 4 and corrected by the correction means 2 in matching with the stored content for the signaling. Thus, the communication with different communication networks is attained and the performance of portability is enhanced.
