PURPOSE:To obtain rotating accuracy of high performance with less ripple current by using a frequency division counter for dividing the frequency of a reference pulse signal and an addition/subtraction counter which inputs a counting pulse obtained from a frequency generator and a frequency division pulse obtained from the counter. CONSTITUTION:A frequency dividing counter 23 inputs a reference pulse signal 11, and outputs frequency division pulse 23 and counting data 22. A pulse generator 6 inputs a rotation pulse signal 122, and outputs a counting pulse 62 and a latch pulse 63. An addition/subtraction counter 3 adds frequency dividing pulse to adding and counting pulses. When a latch pulse is output, the counting data of the counter 2 and the counter 3 are latched in latch means 4 and 5. The outputs of the means 4 and 5 are supplied through an adder 7 and a D/A converter 74 to driving means 9. |
